This charm attachment variation comes with an added stationary loop added to the bottom of the wrist this is secondary to the standard existing bail loop behind the middle finger. The secondary bail loop on the wrist can be in 18k yellow gold or silver, you can see each option on the photos. Available stones are Ruby, Teal tourmaline cabochon, Emerald, Opal cabochon and Plain without a stone
Each hand is solid Sterling silver with solid 18k yellow Gold adornment. Hand measures 18.5mm long and 8.5mm wide and weighs 3.5 grams. Each Loop measures 4mmx3mm which can fit up to a 4mm chain through them.
